Nicole B-Z got an early start in entrepreneurship, opening her first business in 2003 and since then she has started, advised or lead hundreds of organizations.

She started "officially" coaching in 2019 because she uniquely understands the soaring highs and plummeting lows of leadership.

Her timeline includes 20 years of multi-million dollar, global impact alongside $100,000s of failed investments, grossly expensive lessons, and quite honestly, public and humiliating failure.
